31 St James's Square
PROJECT OVERVIEW
This is a premium, best-in-class digital app that will play a major part in leasing 31 St James's Square office space.
As a presentation app, it will be driven by the appointed agent team, who will present the app to an audience of agents and their associated prospects.
It features an integrated digital 3D model with capabilities to pan around and zoom. Also, it includes galleries, floor plans, space plans, bespoke presentations, interactive maps, etc.

UX Approach
Designed the app around well-considered reusable components. The core structure and components derive from Apple’s iOS environment, and these will ensure we adopt considered widely used “UX patterns.”
Although the agent team will use the app, it needed to be intuitive so that stakeholders can also pick it up easily.
User interface
Created a UI style guide following the brand guidelines containing colors, typography, buttons, and grids.
ICONS
Created icon set for the app user interface and for building specification slides. All icons are line-based to keep line weights consistent.
INTERACTIONS
Designed buttons and other assets such as iPad and Apple TV app icons. Also, I created short animations for reference for developers using Principle.
iPAD AND APPLE TV
This app is capable of “casting” bespoke premium content to a large display via a dedicated Apple TV box (not mirroring). Turning the iPad into a remote control in the hands of the sales agent or can be used standalone on the iPad.
